Great staff James is the man I'd highly recommend this place I went to m50 honda to buy a ktm with cash on the hip and felt I was a nuisance and was left basically to my own devices CCM was recommend and I can see why the moment I walked in the door nothing was a issue I was so impressed I bought a svartpilen 401 on the spot

James was attentative and a consumant gentleman all through the process he even loaded wrapped and tied my new bike on collection into my van

Got my third bike from Two wheels Honda today , I dealt with Donal and he looked after me so well , I looked at the bike I bought a couple of times before I purchased it and each time he let me have a good look at the bike, till I made my mind up to purchase it, he also sourced few extra’s for the bike as well and would  also get back to me promptly when ever I called or text him about the bike. I would highly recommend these guys and I can’t fault any of sales guys that sold me my previous bikes . I am now happy owner of Cl 500 , Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the market for a new bike.

I went to M50Honda dealership four weeks ago to made an query regarding brand new bike, four weeks later I’m a owner of a bike. The whole process was smooth and all the timelines were met. Donal from sales department is a great chap to deal with! I’m more than happy of the service I have received considering the current situation we are in with all the Covid and Ukraine problems all tougher impacting supply, the folks from M50 Honda still deliver. I don't normally leave reviews but this one warrants it. A couple of weeks ago I went in to KTM to look at 1290 super duke gt. The sales lads were great but have to give a special mention about Donal. Between bad weather and my work schedule he went out of his way to facilitate me. Nothing was too much trouble. Messages were returned and got follow up calls to see if he could facilitate me. He even came off his lunch break to do paperwork so I could get the Superduke GT out, in all be it damp conditions. Thanks Donal, I didn't expect that but it was appreciated 👍 Previously my dealings with KTM weren't great so I was a little cagey about going back in. I'm delighted I did.
The lads were a pleasure to deal with and even had a good laugh about the dirt on the test bike when I returned it after some grubby damp miles. I really appreciate the extra effort. Thanks Keane for the run-through.

Our KTM1290 SAS broke down, you fixed it within 1 day. You managed that it worked out like that. You were very friendly on site as on eMail responses. I really wish that I'd had such a KTM dealer here at home. Thanks for everything 

Horrible service, thought it was all good up to the purchase, had a good experience with Donal during the process but then when I received my bike the USB port I paid extra for was faulty, I had no issue and just contacted Donal to let him know and to get it sorted on the first 1000km service. Bought the bike in October brought it in for service in November, the lady told me she will claim the warranty for it as it was broken, I said no worries, called in December to get told it's still in process with no update, left it till January and same message again. Called by the end of Jan and got told it got approved and will be available in 14 days. So I came back from my trip abroad mid-end February and rang them talked with someone and got told to wait a week they were sorting things out, long story short I called in last week saying I might be able to go Friday and I'll confirm during the week, couldn't make it Friday and didn't feel like having to call as I didn't confirm for then. Called yesterday talked with Conor who claims to be manager he told me that there's no warranty claims and to go in on Friday 12th April to give it a look and see what they can do, in other words it's been a waste of 6 months I now have to go to Dublin 2 hour drive for them to give it a look, horrible attitude from Conor who started shouting at me and hang up on me, I expect to get this sorted ASAP as its been long enough and anyone would agree.

If you can avoid them, as you'll only get disappointment.

I brought a Range Rover L405 from these guys, it was hand delivered by the Father and founder of the family business from Ireland to Essex nothing to pay until you see the vehicle. Again, as I have said before in world of no customer service I salute the SME’s that try to differentiate themselves by offering a white gloves service to the ordinary customer and J and F Group did just that, great car, great service and a 1 year warranty. 5-star service, Well done.

Very odd experience. I have bought and sold various cars over the years but I just don’t understand the attitude received from John around a potential purchase. I am in the UK and was offered ‘free’ delivery from Ireland which is great. However I continued to ask various basic questions anyone would before purchasing a car and all I continued to get was a constant attitude around this. I felt like everything was too much hassle and that John did not want to sell the car at all. I received some (quite poor) walk around videos of the car so wanted to clarify some things before committing but then got told that the car wasn’t for me because I was asking too many questions and to go elsewhere for my purchase. I don’t understand what they expect. The car in question was 16 years old, no one in their right mind would buy a car without asking any questions at all but to then be refused business due to this blows my mind. To note, this car has been on sale since September so currently 5 months. No option of any deal was offered, no discount in any way, just the fact it came with a 12 month MOT (like anything would) and 12 months warranty (I dread to think of the service if needing to use this). Looking at some further reviews it’s clear John has a very strange perception of customer service! People buy from people, if the service was better from the start, I would of parted ways with my money. However, the service I received questioned everything from the start and it’s clear I was right. Be very weary if wanting to buy from here. Service is worth more than any car will be.

We collected our new Lider Palerme from Leroni today, delighted. They close at 12.30 on a Saturday but Robert and Neil waited for us until after 2pm as we had a distance to come. They stepped us through everything to do with the new trailer and I much appreciated it. Robert kept me up to date with everything along the way, they are very nice people and excellent to deal with.
